Behind the Peel print.

I recently was part of the Warhol Reimagined: The New Factory show curated by, the appropriately named, Warholian. The idea behind the show? “artists were given 20×26″ panels and asked to select from a selection of over 60 of Warhol’s work, chosen for their aesthetic power and importance in the artist’s repertoire. The artists were then asked to re-imagine the chosen work in their own contemporary style, taking on the challenging task of translating Warhol’s timeless imagery into the 21st century vernacular.”- Curbs and Stoops.

Here is the image I reimagined pictured next to the original Warhol.

I received a lot of positive feedback about the painting and have decided to release it a limited edition print.

The print is 17×22 and a limited edition of 50 Printed with Archival Inks on Acid Free Velvet Cotton Rag. Each print is hand signed and numbered and available HERE or by visiting my store. ENJOY!!
